Matt bought this tiny spiky plant at the Coop many months ago as a complete experiment and it has grown to monstrous proportions. We harvested the first one today and introduced this fun food to the children. Eleanor announced "We grew that!" to our housemate when he got home.
Our grocery bill will drop drastically over the next two months and we will eat like royalty!
